Local swimmers shine in cold conditions at carnival (Narromine News)
Narromine Swimming Club hosted its annual carnival on Sunday November 23. Although you had to be part Eskimo to swim, Narromine club was well represented.

Winter Park to open top-to-bottom skiing Friday (The Steamboat Pilot & Today)
Winter Park Resort has received more than 19 inches of snow since Thanksgiving Day, and the resort will open 32 acres of new terrain and two chairlifts at noon Friday. Rocky Mountain Ultimate Passholders can ski Winter Park and Copper Mountain as part of their Steamboat skiing priveleges.
