A threat, a gun, an accident (Pioneer Press)
Warned about a possible drive-by shooting at a St. Paul home where he was staying, Alfredo Gutierrez-Gonzales was trying to put a clip in a rifle when the gun accidentally fired and killed a 15-year-old boy.

Alfredo Gutierrez-Gonzales told police he had been warned about a possible drive-by shooting at a St. Paul home where he was staying, and was trying to put a clip in an AK-47 rifle when the gun accidentally went off and killed a 15-year-old boy, said charges filed against him today.
